What is your return policy for used darts?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on darts that are in their original, unopened packaging. If a product is defective, please contact our support team within 30 days for a full replacement.
How do I maintain my Winmau sisal dartboard?
To extend the life of your board, rotate it regularly to ensure even wear across the segments. Never use water or liquids on the sisal surface, as this will cause the fibers to swell and ruin the board.
